Amy Zakarin

Amy is a leading East Coast publicist, using her trademark forward-thinking strategies and innovative ideas to bring her clients to the forefront of national news and trends. A leader in the luxury category public relations field, Amy has built her career working with visionary leaders, developers, hoteliers and designers in real estate, lifestyle, philanthropy, arts and hospitality.

Having made it her mission to transform the way people look at South Florida real estate by putting the emphasis on lifestyle rather than location, Amy counts the biggest names in the business as her long-term clients, including Jorge Perez and The Related Group, as well as One Thousand Museum, Dame Zaha Hadid’s final residential tower.

Her savvy for creating a new perspective on the industries she loves and appeal to the affluent market has attracted the highest end of the corporate, lifestyle and cultural sectors to seek out her counsel. Clients range from Artefacto and Art Miami, to Merrill Lynch and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, to Perry Ellis International and Mana Contemporary. International campaigns span from Sabina Estates in Ibiza to Casi Cielo in Panama.

Known for creative and strategic campaigns, Amy draws on an extensive network of media, social, corporate and community contacts to develop a multitude of high-profile marketing and press opportunities for her clients.

Her community involvement and fundraising largely focuses on animal welfare. Among Amy’s personal campaigns and commitment is to retire Lolita from 50+ years of captivity at the Miami Seaquarium, working closely with PETA, Orca Network and prominent political figures. She is a board member of Alliance for Animal Welfare and Animal Defense Coalition, and proudly chairs “Brunch for the Animals,” benefiting Humane Society of Greater Miami.
